Ballyknocken Cookery School is scenically located on a 350 acre farm only a short drive from Dublin City Centre between Ashford and Glenealy in County Wicklow, Ireland. Run by celebrity TV chef Catherine Fulvio, the school offers a broad range of cookery classes from Southern Italian recipes to Gourmet on a Budget with something for everyone and accommodation available in our Victorian Farmhouse, Ballyknocken House.
